Music Teacher uses technology to benefit teaching and learning. She uses Movie Maker to help her class develop a visual and aural understanding of songs by creating videos for the piece. The class also use audacity to record songs in sections before compiling it together – piano, solo, harmony.

A German Teacher explains the technologies used in her classroom.The school use Notability as their note taking app which allows students to record audio, helping with pronunciation in language lessons. She discusses the use of Book Creator where her students can create their own presentations about chosen topics.

French teacher explains the benefits of tablets to her teaching. She discusses the use of Kahoot and Educanon as means of assessment. The class are eager to engage with these tools. She also discusses the app Dice Lite in group work. These apps can be used individually or in groups.

She discusses three local schools and how they are working together to support each other. They use Edmodo, Google Drive and in person meetings to share their experiences and practices.

ICT and PE: Orienteering with an App
PE Teacher explains how he integrates technology into his lessons. He uses i-orienteering, where the students have to scan QR codes and follow a physical map. Once they have finished the course, their times are noted and compared each week as a means of assessment.
